Journey Of Being An Entrepreneur

SHE, a being created to transform, renovate, increase, and support. As a woman who is everyday becoming more self aware of the power she holds, the vision her mind & hands can create and the initiative to empower more women, I’m really in love with my being.

More so as a woman in business (5 years) of diversifying.  The journey of being an entrepreneur hasn’t been the smoothest sail but it has surely been a beautiful one. I knew right after school I wanted to be my own boss but not just because of the titles and advantages attached to that, i wanted it real bad for the vision I somewhat saw then and every year in business it gets brighter and bigger.

How many people here are entrepreneurs? And know what it means and takes to be one ?

To me an entrepreneur is an individual who makes sure the Ts are crossed and the Is are dotted, intentionally, consistently and most important and under any circumstance. That’s who an entrepreneur is.

So if you know that that’s who you are, or see yourself becoming then congratulations 👏🏽

But I’ll leave you with this, make sure that you take not just the perception of being an entrepreneur, take the REALITY of it.

The reality of doing the most without a balanced or timed schedule, the reality of taking those risk that includes being really financially low just because your business comes first. That’s the reality that isn’t much spoken about but perceived.

When I was told the theme for the week, I definitely liked it not just because of the coin of words but the message behind it. The dynamic of it, most importantly the representation of the word.

As a refined woman who I pride myself in being, I have somewhat taken it as a task to also push other women around me, online and within my reach in every sphere of life to want more for themselves, to prioritize themselves, to take chances on themselves, to become the best version of themselves and do it with so much power and love for who they are which is the greatest gift God gave, being a woman.

It’s even more powerful being a business woman, a visionary and an entrepreneur.

The first step to becoming the aforementioned is to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, not your dreams cause that comes second. When YOU take the bold walk and step to believe in you, the rest work becomes so much easier than imagined and that’s the fuel every future entrepreneur needs to keep that bus moving.

The second step is to becoming as confident as possible, you need confidence to keep being who you are and dream to be. We treat confidence as a nice thing to have instead of a must have! I am completely obsessed with confidence and the journey. Confidence is the necessary spark before everything that follows. Confidence is the difference between being inspired and actually getting started. Between trying and doing until it is done. Confidence helps us keep going even when we have failed. Ladies and gentlemen you need confidence.

As an entrepreneur with confidence you define expectations and show up confidently no matter who doubts you. If you believe in yourself the world will believe in you.
